  • • Evermine offers a free trial period to allow users to try the service before committing to a paid subscription.
  • • If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.
  • • Once the trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel beforehand.
  • • We strongly encourage all users to evaluate the service during the free trial.

2. Subscription Charges

  • • Once a subscription is active (after the trial period ends), charges are non-refundable.
  • • All payments made for monthly or other recurring subscriptions are final.
  • • We do not offer partial refunds for unused time, downgraded plans, or early cancellations.
  • • Please make sure to cancel before your renewal date if you no longer wish to use Evermine.

3. Exceptions & Discretionary Refunds

We may offer a refund under exceptional circumstances, including:

  • • Duplicate charges due to system error
  • • Accidental multiple subscriptions
  • • Payment fraud (unauthorized use of your card)

4. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge (a "chargeback") without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your access to Evermine and blacklist your account from future use.

5. Cancellations

  • • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund past payments.
  • • Your access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
